So been seeing a lot of people trying to offer these "Organic Streams" for a price. I found this article from Digital Music News, and it was written by Daniel Sanchez December 25, 2018
and What he had written made a lot of sense and when you add up the cost for these people to help you with streams your paying out the ass for what your going to get back from the Streaming Platforms if you are lucky to get anything back...
So from what was written from Daniel Sanchez, the total plays you would need to get paid is based monthly U,S. est monthly minimum wage is $1,475.00mo
I'm always getting these deals running across my desk, I get more of these deals than I get Clothing or Jewelry offers, So here is an example of what deal I was sent.
Here is the Offer I can get you 6,400 Organic Spotify Streams for $30 a month
ok.... now lets see
how this deal works out on the Spotify Stream Rate at 0.00437
6,400 x $0.00437= $27.968
Here is the catch, some of these companies will only do a Monthly Promotion on only 1 song. Based of that 1 song and 3 months later you made only $2.032. It would take you 725 songs a month to make $1,475.00. But it will cost you $21,750 per month with 725 song's, numbers don't lie!
I'm already looking at this and I am grabbing my red pen and writing REJECT DEAL all over it.
Don't let these guys pull a wool over on you, 3 red flags that got me when I saw this deal!!!!
#1 The "Organic Stream Offer" is way too high for the "Dollar Amount" you don't know what other people want to listen too so it's really hard to make that happen
#2 These Guys are only out to get your money they don't care about your music they know you do and some Indie Artist will pay...HIRE A ARTIST MANAGER!
#3 They came to you; you didn't seek them out. Again, they don't care about your music just your money
